About Lincoln
Lincoln is a creative millennial entrepreneur who artfully blends the latest technology with solid business practices and traditional values to ensure the success of every business endeavor he engages in.
From the time he started his first commercial enterprise as a teenager to today, each of his start-ups and acquisitions has been carefully selected to agree with his mantra: “Investment Focused – Purpose Driven.”
His companies are spread across industries like Real Estate, Finance, Technology, Manufacturing, Construction and Healthcare and in most cases, they work collectively to maximize efficiency and returns. Specific projects, developments and growth inside these industries are funded by his personal investments, venture capital and private equity.
Lincoln is a founding member of the Cottage Home Association and a member of The Tiny Home Industry Association, the National Low Income Housing Association, the Disaster Housing Recovery Coalition, and the Palm Beach Hedge Fund Association.
Good Roots
Lincoln is a third-generation entrepreneur and business owner who learned the hospitality and commercial Real Estate business from the ground up.
From the time he was old enough to make change, Lincoln developed his entrepreneurial and management skills working alongside his grandfather Leo and father Jay. Along the way they shared both victories and setbacks. But most importantly, every outcome provided for a learning and growing experience providing an ignition switch for the next enterprise.
Solid Foundation
The Palm Beach, Florida based Atlas Group and its diversified divisions have been assembled atop a sturdy Real Estate portfolio that includes over 1,000 leasable hospitality units divided among locations in Florida and the Midwest. The holdings also include over 50,000 sq. feet of leasable Commercial Real Estate and multiple residential and commercial developments.

It’s a fact; only one team gets to cut down the nets after a win. Through diligent networking and personnel development, Lincoln has assembled a team of winners whose collective goal is to always be there at the end to “cut down the nets”.

Their in-house Real Estate brokerage firm, Atlas Agency, is known for its energetic and contemporary approach to residential, commercial and land development acquisitions while utilizing the latest proprietary technology to assure near perfect communication between all vested parties.
Atlas Capital Advisors fund projects from beginning to end. From acquisition to manufacturing to management, investments are protected with tangible assets and investors witness in real time, the progress they are making toward the goal of reducing homelessness and satisfying the need for affordable housing for 7 million Americans.
While Atlas Capital Advisors focuses their efforts on the needs of specific groups in the affordable, leisure and recovery housing categories, they also remain poised to seize opportunities that often reveal themselves when they least expect it.
Currently a golf course “repurposing” project in central Michigan that includes a cottage home development, an RV Resort and a residential housing development is serving as a blueprint for future golf course repurposing projects. A new cottage land/home development is off to a fast start in central Florida and deep-water marina/condo development in the Florida Keys is soon to go into motion.
The Atlas Group is reforming and expanding its cottage home building capacity to accommodate a rapidly growing need for affordable and leisure housing for both their own developments as well as projects that directly address homelessness in cities across the United States and Canada.

As well, we have several successful investment and spec home projects that we have completed, and we are happy to share the details with prospective investors.
